The Purpose of the Ministry

Harvest Worship Ministry exists to lift high the name of Jesus, lead the church into experiencing the transcendent presence of God, and minister to God in the power of His Spirit.

What Actually Happens in the Ministry?

Worship is the most important thing we do as believers. It is one of our Four Pillars. Harvest congregational worship is contemporary in sound (Psalm 98:1), uncompromising in Christ-centered approach and unrelenting in pursuit of God’s pleasure. We worship together in our weekend services and also as a part of many of our other ministries throughout the week. The worship team rehearses together regularly during the week, with additional rehearsals for special events or seasonal services. The Worship Team includes vocalists, band instrumentalists, special instruments and, on special occasions, also a choir, orchestra, and other ensembles. Another important part of the team is the audio-visual group, including sound, video, lights and projection.

How Can I Get Involved?

There are many opportunities to serve in Harvest Worship. Please speak with or contact our Pastor or Worship Coordinator if interested in auditioning as a singer or instrumentalist. If your expertise is sound, projection, or lights, we are always looking for dedicated volunteers to help and can provide training if you are interested in learning a new skill.
